GetStartGo is owned and operated by Oranmi bussiness solution pvt ltd. The Android application package is com.getstartgo.getstartgo.

• Account and profile information: name, email address, username or user ID, qualifications, work experience and skills. Phone numbers are collected when you enter them in a profile or payment claim.
• Photos and documents: profile photos, scanned documents, certificates, uploaded files, resumes and information you provide for resume creation.
• Uploaded audio and video: video resumes and the audio included in those recordings, when you choose to upload them.
• Learning activity: course enrollments, progress, streaks, achievements and associated app activity.
• Workspace information: projects and the background or project details you submit to the AI mentor and resume builder.
• Purchase information: subscription and transaction information, including payment claims and payment records associated with Razorpay.
• Location you enter: the location text supplied in your profile. This disclosure concerns user-entered location, not GPS or automatic device-location tracking.

The information involved depends on the features you use and what you choose to provide.

Processed on your device: voice input for dictation uses on-device speech recognition. This is distinct from uploaded video resumes, whose audio is sent with the video. Listening to learning cards uses text-to-speech, not microphone recording.

We use information to create and manage accounts; provide learning content and track progress; deliver career and job-matching tools; maintain profiles and workspaces; generate resumes and provide AI project guidance; support discussions and sharing you request; process subscriptions and payments; manage preferences; respond to support requests; and understand learning activity to improve the service.

Account and contact information is also used for service communications, including privacy requests and inactive-account notices.

GetStartGo hosts and manages its services on its own AWS server infrastructure. Information is stored in GetStartGo’s data warehouse; AWS provides the underlying hosting infrastructure.

Payment information is provided to Razorpay for payment processing. Razorpay handles information according to its own privacy policy.

Content you intentionally publish or share, such as discussion contributions, resumes or project materials, may be visible to the people you share it with. Consider what personal information you include before sharing.

Features involving photos, documents, voice input or video may require access to relevant device capabilities or files. You can manage granted permissions in Android settings. Declining access may prevent the related feature from working, but you can choose not to use that feature.

You can manage profile information, notification preferences and privacy preferences in the app. Voice dictation uses on-device recognition; uploading a video resume also uploads the recording’s audio.

GetStartGo uses HTTPS encryption for data in transit and stores personal information in encrypted form in its data warehouse. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information while your account remains in use and until you request deletion.

After 365 days of inactivity, we contact you about deleting the associated data. We wait for your consent before proceeding with inactivity-related deletion. A lack of response is not treated as consent, and inactivity alone does not trigger automatic deletion.

You can request deletion without reinstalling or signing in to the app. Use our account and data deletion form, or email info@ornami.ai or info@getstartgo.com with the subject “GetStartGo account and data deletion request”.

• Include the email address or username associated with your GetStartGo account.
• Specify whether you want to delete the entire account and associated personal data, or particular data only.
• Do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents.

Once we receive your request, your account is suspended immediately. Our support team then verifies the authenticity of the request — that it comes from the account owner — before processing it. After verification, your data is deleted within 90 days.

Account deletion covers the account and associated personal information, including profile details, learning records, uploaded resumes, video resumes, documents and workspace content.

We will confirm the outcome by email. If a legal obligation requires retaining specific records, we will explain which records, why they must be kept and the applicable retention period. Account deletion does not itself cancel a payment-provider subscription; manage any active subscription through the provider used to purchase it.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information using either contact email above. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

GetStartGo is a learning and career service. If you are a parent or guardian with concerns about a child’s information, contact us using the emails above so we can review the account and address correction or deletion requests.

We update this page when our privacy practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the contact details associated with your account where appropriate.
